网上找到的方法
在MY.INI文件中的 [mysqld] 中增加一行tmpdir="D:/MySQL/data/tmp" 删除MySQL目录下的ib_logfile0和ib_logfile1
测试后没有用
后来在服务中设置了mysql自动重启
最后 [mysqld] federated
